About Pneuma Coaching
I started Pneuma Coaching Advantage in 2015 when I made the commitment to coach/counsel and teach full time. As a coach, I became an advocate for my client, and I proactively employ what I call the 4 E’s, which are Engage, Encourage, Equip and Empower, using these to take the client from motion to movement. From Motion to Movement is my tagline for PCA, the idea is while clients are experiencing being “stuck” in their pain, addictions or personal problems they do the same things over and over (unsuccessfully) and wonder why the motion ends where it started, however with a plan and some accountability we can take their circular motion to result based movement.
Pneuma, is a Greek word meaning breath, wind or Spirit, this will give you some insight on my description that Pneuma Coaching Advantage is not just meant to be motivational but inspirational as well. Motivation at best, can only go 2-3 layers deep, the motivator has to be there to apply the motivation, but inspiration starts at the core of you spirit and being, and the coaching brings it out through all the layers of who you are, making your motivation potentially self-induced.
Relationship Coaching
This can be marriage, dating or divorce recovery. We focus on the foundational principals of strong, successful relationship, learning to take responsibility for your part and stop focusing on your partners part. A large portion of my relationship coaching centers around the area of marriages that are either in trouble or seeking a proactive way to keep from being in trouble.

Personal Development
This involves a holistic approach in self discovery that allows someone to become the best version of who they are and were created to be. My personal development program is called, “The 3 D Life- Charting a Crossover Course- the journey from motion to movement” In this program I take the client through the 3 D’s which are:
1. Discovery- this was designed for the client to acknowledge where they are and how they got there
2. Deconstruct- this was designed for the client to begin to tear down and remove the destructive actions, defeating self-talk and negative thinking that contributed to the place they have just discovered they are in.
3. Develop- this was designed to be a proactive plan to rebuild and replace the areas they have just deconstructed. When we tear down and remove old behaviors, we have now created a void that needs to be replaced with positive and affirming behaviors.
